For the love of god, when I see this as an icon (preview on submissions screen) it looks exactly as if he's pulling his eyeball out, and black blood is pouring out. That fact that it is also immediately recognizable as your style, even at that size, makes it extra-disturbing because it's so incongruous with your usual subject matter.

Awesome picture though, and a lot less freaky in full size.
