Sometimes, it's fun to think of things like this. Taking what you know about a world (in this case, the Ghost-Type pokemon and the general association of Giratina with Death) and just do it in your own style. That was something of the inspiration for this story; just the idea of writing a ghost story that didn't involve ghosts in the traditional sense.
Either way; this was pretty fun to write. The ending might be a bit abrupt, but it was intended to be as such.
