On USENET a C&C warning, refers to a Coffee & Cats warning.
It refers to a post that's likely to be SO funny that if you have a cat on your lap and you're drinking hot coffee you're going to 'spew' all over your monitor AND the cat is going to freak and scratch you because of the hot coffee being spilled.
In this case, Gwen LOVED coffee, probably because of the creamer. Once a mug was cool enough and unwatched she felt it was hers.
She was a lovely cat, we still miss her so.
