colblackwolf and Azura are getting married! So I painted this for them. They're having a pirate wedding. =D I've had this done for about three weeks, but held off posting it until the actual painting arrived, since it was my super secrit gift to them. Acrylics, acrylic gouache, and metallic acrylic ink on illustration board.

I'd been meaning to paint it for you guys all summer, but like a durp, I waited until the last minute. XDD Packing and shipping things for you provided the perfect excuse to finish it and send it out, though. So glad you guys like it! I had fun painting it.

Really like the usage of the white t outline them in the dark sky. Nice contrast.

Thanks! =) I have a really hard time with light and shadow and multiple illumination sources, but I didn't want them to just blend into the background.
