Actually, I am mildly sad that we'll never fight alongside Beast again, considering the end of Kingdom Hearts II. Then again, he wouldn't be showing up in KH3D anyway, and I can totally see Adam as the kind of guy to wield a flintlock pistol in battle against whatever sort of baddies show up in KH3.

Nope. I only know because I heard it mentioned somewhere. Maybe the commentary where they were talking about the moment they realized they didn't know his name. It wasn't mentioned in Beauty and the Beast (which I think would have been a nice "humanizing" moment for him, when he gives Belle his name, and then she calls out to him by it as he's about to kill Gaston after Gaston's been calling him Beast all night), The Enchanted Christmas, or any of the KH games. You'd think they'd have mentioned it at SOME point.

Also, we know he has a flintlock, because Cogsworth brandishes it at one point before he flies in to save his heterosexual life partner.

xD The only reason I know it is because it was in some old computer game. That's the ONLY time I can think that it was mentioned. x3

I'd think especially that they'd mention it in Kingdom Hearts, because, aside from me, who read a ton of Disney-history books as a kid, who knew that the sorcerer's name was Yen Sid? x3 Or that the thing on bald mountain is called Chernobog? (THAT I learned from KH). I think the KH games give you a lot of trivia like that.

Why not? They already had first appearances and stuff like that. And hey, at least KHBBS gets Maleficent's identity right: she's not an evil sorceress, she's an evil fairy. One of the few things that identifies her correctly. Oh, and can't forget that KH was the first time Tidus' name got said out loud: Tee-dus. Or Tie-das. Or… they have no idea how to pronounce his name, do they? :B

I did actually know the wizard's name was Yen Sid, and the thing was Chernabog.

I just thought of something: Cid and Yen Sid need to meet.

Oh! That was one of me and my friends' crack pairings. Yen Cid. Goes well with Yoofie.
