Thanks to the Dream World, it's possible to have a Raichu with Lightningrod as its ability! Lightningrod attracts all Electric-type moves and powers up the Pokemon receiving the attack.

I regret not drawing this the other way around (with Ampharos on the left and Raichu on the right), but oh well. You get the picture!
