This deleted scene from "Over a Barrel" shows Spike, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash rescued from the desert by a mysterious pony who bears a passing resemblance to Clint Eastwood. It was deleted because it actually never existed in the first place and I made it up myself.

They were confused about the reference, and you'd only get it if you knew who he was, so I was telling them to google Clint Eastwood so they would get what's going on. They would still be confused if they googled Clint Easthoof.
