I did not carefully read the definition when I first joined the fandom, I got as far as "Yiffing is supposedly the sound a fox makes..." and that was it.
The first thing I did in the fandom was visit an innocent babyfur chat room (when i say innocent, I mean foul language wasn't even allowed). Someone RP picked me up and I "yiffed." Wham, banned. XD
