The battle of alexandra was one of the worst fighting zones with civilian casualties reaching the thousands as reach was forcibly abandoned during the covenants ruthless attack of the many spartans called back to reach for the never executed mission to capture a prophet, few survived the last days of reigning reach and many more would be lost during the coming years.
But for those who fought in reach, wearing pink armor...and goggles of doom, their will and courage will never forgotten....nor the fact how smexy they look...

Son...im a orbital drop trooper, we wouldnt stand a chance against a attack like that....just stay with the chief...he'll know what to do...he did survive 3 engagments witht he covies!, and i hear they have some crazy 4th mission for him...ONI KNOWS ALL!...keep it clean XD

i liked spartans but something about the odst i like. ^^ in my opinion their armor should rivaled spartan in some ways. No physical augments like spartans but maybe armor almost as tough and perhaps some systems in it spartans dont have. Both infered and night vison. A better tactical vision that isnt limited.
Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, are using the some of the older equipment from the Spartan Project, infact their helms are kinda the declassifed and Spec Ops available variant, thei armor is mostly similar to that of the UNSC ballistic armor, with titanium lamellar and is more suited for longer outer space usage, its arguably, the best armor u can wear without getting brutally crushed by the mjolnoir armor sets, considering that the Mjolnoir suit is more than a ton...the only other armor that possible has a chance in comparison in all in all is the SPI armor used by by Spartan 3's....thought it lacked energy shield it did have basic light bending camouflage....
