Ok I was looking through the newpaper today and i came across this interesting article. (daily Mail) This is not an altered pic.
Her name is Wendy, she's a type of dog called a Whippet and usually they are very thin like a grey hound, however due to a genetic defect it has left her 'double muscled'. her heart and lungs are the same size as a normal dog so there's no problems there. Apparently she's healthy and happy so that's a good thing though I thought i would upload this image of the photo for people to maybe use as reference for their own muscled images which involve large anthro dogs.
I don't know who took the photo though the person who wrote the article was Rebecca Camber so she may haave taken it too so that's the credit given.

whoa! That is one built dog! I used to have a whippet, many people mistakened him for a greyhound.
I think most would mistaken her for a rottie! [aside from the fact the coloration is wrong] but Daymn!
And even though her heart is the same size..it's not affecting her? She is one very lucky [stong] pup And kewt! Thank you for uploading this. I'm sure many would find her body to be Very helpful in drawing. :)

It did say she may have a shorter life expectancy, though apparently she's 4 years old doesn't seem to know she has a defect and spends most of her days 'prowling around hte feilds, chasing other dogs and horses and sleeping in her owners bed'. So it's good to know it's not affecting her that much. =)
whoa thats like the total opposite of what you'd expect a whippet to look like lol!
crikey im amazed her heart and lungs can still hold out under all that weight and what not. She is one hellof a lucky beast!
awesome thank you for the image upload it shall come in handy most likely
