I was originally going to go for a more feral look, then I was reminded that lamprey faced creatures do not work well with humanoid design unless they are meant to be monsters through and through. So here is Hel, the best electric type I have next to Thundurus. Suffice to say she confounds me, because I see raw power and potential. She's just unlucky where every defeat seems to come from some lucky bastard knowing Rock throw or getting the most unlikely "main character syndrome" critical hits I have ever seen.
