This is Guntur.
Guntur is a Raffle.(raff-leh)
I made up the species "Raffle" back in January. I almost forgot about them until I saw the reference I had made. xD So I decided to draw my Raffle character, Guntur.(goon-toor) His name means Thunder in Indonesian.
