First up is Dash, the Gengar.

Move set: Hypnosis, Confuse ray, Shadow Punch, Dream Eater.

Background: Dash was once a prized stallion Rapidash in his owner's ranch. They lived at the foot of a beautiful mountain. Their ranch consisted of Rapidash, a family pet Ninetales, and other fire pokemon.
A storm had hit and lightning struck the damn residing above them. It snapped, and flooded the family out, ending the pokemon, and peoples' lives.
Dash was one of them.

Since he carries the memories of his past life, he has some emotional scars, but has accepted death and moved on. Although, some times he does miss his friends and family. He still harbors his old personality- tail chasing, and flirting.
