Its confusing at first, I admit.
Essentially, you reblog things you like into your own blog from other people. If others like what you've blogged, they will reblog it, themselves.
Its harder to explain than it is to figure out... XD
For an Ask Blog, you just have to open the 'Asks' in the settings. Everything else, should be pretty easy to figure out.
If you start a Tumblr, be sure to lemme know. I have an account, as well as an Ask Blog myself over there.
