I think that's Rainbow Dash, those would be wings tucked in a bit back there it looks like, and her mane is wrong for AJ. The back bit looks spikey, where AJ has hers braided, and there is a couple of lines in AJ's hair, but not so defined, where Dash has a definite streak for her colors.
If it is AJ, then she's gonna lose her hat having dropped down that low on the neck/shoulders.
