I think she just needs to be washed. Most of it I think is just dusk and such, because I got her a while back and just sat her on my shelf.
I'm looking at her right now and I don't see any stains. I don't think that you have anything to worry about. I had one person show interest in her a long time ago and they never got back with me. That's the main reason I don't hold items for more than a week. :/
