I'm not sure what kind of effect I was trying to go for, but I am not sure whether I hit the nail quite on the head. I tried to do a birthday picture as a gift for Alex Dachshund, given the time I had, this was what I came up with.

I thought perhaps a picture of his fursona nomming on a bone and really enjoying it would be a nice one, with a little party hat on for extra laughs. It looks more like he's in a greater state of euphoria than I anticipated. Not one of my best sketches, I feel I could have done better.
