Let me say this right now. Tanukis and raccoons are not the same thing. Tanukis are a Japanese dog, raccoons are an American... protor... whatever it is. "Tanuki Power" just sounds more interesting than "Raccoon Power".

So this is me. Can you see all the references to Super Mario Bros. 3? Interesting fact: I would not be as interested in raccoons if it weren't for that game.

I'm using a smaller and less-bright version of this as an avatar at a message forum I go to, on account I lost my "Tanuki Power!" requested title when I became an admin. The lineart is simpler than my usual work. No claws, pockets, seams, shirt wingflap, etc.. Mostly because the detail would've left things cluttered in a small 100x100 avatar. I'd say I've gotten the hang of wings. Or getting close, at least.

I like this picture, and yet I don't. The linearts good, but I still have some learning to do with digital coloring.
