What kind of bird is that? I'm sorta (very 'sorta') into birds- around my mom's house we have so many different kinds of birds, all the usual- then some odd ones- sometimes a red-tail hawk will come down and sit on the fence post... waiting on some poor little possum.. LOL oddly enough, no crows- the cardinals and blue jays keep them at bay..

Well, not sure. I took a quick scan for birds of Manitoba, only the ones with "yellow" in the name. Yellow warbler is kinda close but this fella is INTENSE yellow ain't he? I can ask my 987 year old scandahoovian neighbor. He'd know for sure. (kinda interested myself now)
