Is anyone even commenting WHY they think he/she's getting better? That's the point here, critique =/= brown nosing for tits.
As for pic, I'd say you use a tad too tiny lines. Try adding a millimeter or two to thickness and presto. Also, a bit more detail on things like faces and props, whatever they are, would not hurt.
