I have to agree the bunny is a little on the scary side; but then again that's from the perspective (my own) of someone used to seeing the beautiful, and occasionally just plain -ahems- alluring suits at cons.

Though, I think, even if I hadn't been exposed to those, I might still find that bunny a bit unnerving.

I wouldn't imagine those charged with 'controlling' wild animals would be necessarily gentle. I could actually relate that idea to police attempting to control dangerous or violent criminals. The main difference being that people are supposed to have brains and animals run far more off instinct than anything else.

Just like criminals that run for their lives, or feel the need to fight for their lives. Heh, thinking about it; once people are pushed to a certain point, they could or would act like wild animals.

I had a long, contiguous stint of failed social matters; starting with my birthday. Wether it was my idea or not.

I don't at all see it as.. incredulous or 'somethings going on'; but after the failed attempt at the softball game.. well I just got plain frustrated.

When I get frustrated, I'm quite inclined to take time off whatever subject/idea it is till the frustration is faded. Especially with something I'm racking up to bad timing, or coincidence and the like.

Just occurred to me that it was the Metro in the AD's picture :) Trademark ceiling/wall design.

On a side note, they used that look in Fallout 3 for the Capital Wasteland's 'subway' areas.

Well the ad is sponsored by the DHS, so them having a sense of humor about it is even cooler. That was on a Baltimore bus, but, the picture in the ad is from a DC 'Metro' subway. Still, it's quite possible you are correct if she is local :)
