Steve Jobs Obituary
Steve Jobs just passed away today after a long battle with cancer. Admire or loathe him, his inventions changed the world.
My tribute to him.

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
Lovely tribute, Rabbi-Tom, thank you.
Steve Jobs, to me, always seemed like a very likable guy. He was pleasant, friendly and enthusiastic, and above all, one heck of a salesman. He had a knack for getting people excited about the tiniest, most mundane things: the color of a button, the placement of a widget - things one would normally take for granted. I remember so many of his Keynote presentations over the years (many available on Youtube, if you want to take a trip down memory lane), each one seeming so revolutionary for its time and now, so commonplace. Steve gave us the iPod, taught us computers could look like more than drab beige boxes, set us up with what is arguably the single most popular smartphone on the market today, and put a world of legal digital music at our fingertips. And that's just naming a few.
Steve Jobs was a pioneer in the industry, and though so few of us can actually say we knew the man, doubtless many of us tonight, myself included, feel as though we've lost a buddy.
Thank you, Steve. You shall be missed.

Who would say he was a true hippie 40 years ago and he cheated Wozniak just to make more money :P
BTW he looks like Ashton Kutcher here http://lacomunidadmanzana.com/wp-co.....jobs_apple.jpg Maybe Kurtcher is a bastard son of him? :P
