Sure, a lot to be honest ! Hm where to start - Id recommend you to use dark colors, like mud and dirt and textures !

Hm Id also reccomend you to look at some concept art of war games, or take a look at my deviantart profile for more pictures like that and tutorials - maybee they give you some inspiration.

Another tip I can give you, is that you need a strong composition and atmospheric light or weather, like rain and stuff like that - it will make a dark atmosphere
