I did some volunteer work at Antheria this year. Mostly it was moving chairs and stuff, but I also was asked (the volunteer wrangler is a friend of mine) to come up with characters based on the volunteer force, which he would jokingly call his Minions.

In the end I came up with black silhouette creatures on the faces of playing cards which would come to life when needed, a trickster god wearing a half-dead-pan, half-mad-grin mask, and a cynical anthropomorphic dragon, the Greatest Minion, which the trickster god brought to life after drawing it on a restaurant napkin. The Greatest Minion has a permanent ketchup stain on it that I forgot to draw, the napkin was dirty.

I'm not sure what the four-horned, three-eyed, tentacle-bearded, wearing-a-monocle-on-the-pinneal-eye bull is supposed to be, but I think it's what the trickster god looks like when it takes off the mask.
