FV6043 'Foxtrot' Autonomous Mobile Sentry
She's a 90cm tall combination of bioprinted tissue (muscles, bird-lung, digestion, primary spine, majority bone mass) synthetic (CNT bone reinforcenemt, secondary and tertiary fiberoptic spine, eyes, cardiopulminary battle damage control, blood scavenger pumps) and 8 cybrnetic brains (two in her lower torso) running in parallel. The tissue is mostly mammalian, with a couple of trans-order imports - notably hightened sugar content so a freeze/thaw cycle isn't automatically lethal.
On the basis that a supersoldier that can shrug off .50 calibre round to the head without damage is unrealistic - then she's designed to take the damage and continue anyway.
