I promised I'd critique more... so... you know I love this, it's very sweet and cute, but I do see a couple of things.

You probably meant it to look closer, but the arm on the right (his left arm) looks like it's longer than his right arm. The teeth thing, also. All the teeth look razor sharp, which makes it look less realistic (And more scary. I recommend you *do* use this on scary or angry pictures.) One last thing, the first finger that you can see, the knuckle looks a little too prominent on the first finger, so that it seems the bone is out of place. Perhaps making that little curve smaller would be an easy fix?
