Babs & Buster Bunny (no relation) make a friendly toon bet after Babs is late for their date because it took her so long to get ready. She said Buster should understand that it may take girls a bit longer to get ready but they put up with a lot to look good on their date.
So the bet is on, they will switch roles and see who has it harder on a date.
