I try but for some reason it lags for me! So I still keep it around 13-15 and just line it slower. ;3; They're still no where as nice as yours. D8

That's the point of the smoothing tool! It's supposed to lag, because as your hand goes, it makes the lines all the more cleaner. One day I'll put up some sort of stream and show you guys how to work Sai. <3
