I just had to fave this one because I’m currently practicing to make backgrounds that aren’t completely horrible and recently discovered just how difficult it is to draw a cloud. The way the colors blend, the way the sun actually seems to glow instead of just looking like a floating ball, it’s just wonderful.

I'm glad it inspires you. And yeah for the longest time clouds have been my utter bane.

sorry i dont comment or reply to submissions i fave, but i dont really have a lot of time on my hands... that and im watching 3058 persons and i have to work a job.i love the colors... they are just so bright and beautiful, they make me feel very good. I've been feeling very depressed/stressed/shitty lately, but just looking at this makes me feel serene, calm and warm on the inside.

It reminds me of the ocean, freedom... but most important it reminds me of the fading day, and how it will clear for ever.

What I like about this sunset is the fact that you used non-traditional colors to make something that is very pleasing to the eye. The interplay between the blues and the pinks is wonderful.
