Correction, I think THIS is the most crowded pic I ever drew. Kinda cheating, though, since they're all chibis.

Backstory: back when I first created her, I had planned on making an actual comic based on my Mazinger Zoe K-Girl character with the intention of entering it into the annual "TokyoPop Rising Stars of Manga" contest. This time, however, it was derailed well before I had a chance to talk myself out of it: the rules of the contest forbid the use of parody characters or derivative works. By what transpired otherwise, it was a good thing I didn't enter anyway, but at the time it soured me on the Zoe character for years until Felixman's stories and  jpalo and his excellent 3D work with her reminded me how much I'd loved her. Still, this is what sparked my ongoing internal conflict between redesigning them as original characters or keeping them as parodies.

This was just a playful little cast shot of most of the main characters: Zoe herself in the center with (clockwise from top left) her sidekick/would-be girlfriend Vena Ace, Zuki, the slovenly Boss Bobo, his scratch-built daughter Arjay, and the ever-present Maisy sulking on her leaf.
