CinoxFellpyre has a good point. But I don't know what type of eggs these will be. For all that it can be, it can look fine just as they are now! Will it be a big part of the picture, to be so considered by the looks of the eggs? I think They are fine. =XD

As an alternative, I worked with pictures, that featured a scaled creature called NagaBunny. Those scales were having 6 edges... http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4003472 Then again: these eggs can be just as cool looking IMO.

Maybe make the scales smaller, much smaller in scale?
