She requested the neck be a little bigger so it isn't so tight, so this head simply slips over the head to be worn. It has very good vision and with the fan in the muzzle it has very good ventilation as well.

Sorry you feel that way, however the characters "hair" is the same color as their fur, and so to keep that effect the fur was used. A lot of people actually like the hair, including the customer. :) Skill has nothing to do with it; it's all about keeping true to the design of the character. I use fur, wigs, horsehair or NFT depending on the design of the character, because sometimes one or the other just wouldn't seem to work right. But you're entitled to your own opinion, and I'm glad you like the rest of it.
Warning, this is criticism, not offence, just showing my opinion:
-the hair bangs, from afar they look like a 3rd floppy ear, i suggest to use long fawx fur then air brush it to adjust the color, or a wig.
