Of course, some monsters are harder to tell from the others. OK, maybe that's a little too harsh an assessment of these two...they were intended more as rivals for Maisy and her crew.
On the left is Diedre Tartikof, teenage genius prodigy and head of the school Science Department, and on the left is her never-named creation, a "K-Girl" version of the Cyber-Kaiju I posted here years ago. The idea had been that Dee's father created the original Cyber-Kaiju only to have it be quickly rendered obsolete by the Academy-verse version of Zoe, leading to him essentially being forever overshadowed by her and Maisy's creator...see where this is heading..?
Basically, Dee was an evil Rule 63 version of Dexter from "Dexter's Laboratory" who made it her personal mission to make Maisy's life a living Hell, and her girl here was the initial way she was going to do it. I ended up resurrecting her in my short-lived serial "Maisy Gets Schooled" over at the Whateley Academy forums ( http://www.crystalhall.org/ ), only way more sinister.
Seriously, I need to think of a name for that robot girl.
