Whats going on with him where you think something's wrong?

Well he was trying to vomit it seems, though I know rats can't, he stopped that though. And he's been wheezing since yesterday.

Hmm...what sort of shavings do you use in their cage?

Is it dust free? I know some shavings have alot of dust in them, even aspen, and it can sometimes affect the respiratory systems of rats. I noticed mine chew on their shavings all the time - despite having things TOO chew on.

Only thing I can say is keep her separated from the rest if you can and check on their food and water intake...also watch their poop make sure its normal. They didn't get into any soda on accident did they?

Well I only have the one cage so separating him is kinda hard. He stopped wheezing after being upstairs for a while and taking a nap in the box.

I have a 3 year old sister so I have to keep my troublesome twosome in my room, so she doesn't bang on the cage. >.< Which also means I can't watch them 24/7.

No, I make sure when they are up and kinda free roaming they don't get anything to drink but water.

I don't think its bad but it might cause them to sneeze/wheeze a bit..usually around the time you first change the cage because then the dust is still floating around. I guess just keep a close eye on him. If it comes back, I suggest going to a vet.

Well I did replace the bedding about two days ago so that makes sense.
I'll keep a close on him for sure, he's the younger of the two and they get along rather well. I think Hunter would get sad is Ripley suddenly left him.
I don;t know any vets close by and are cheap... heh.

Yeah, except my guys like to chew on everything. x.x
