When the bird ( I forgot her name ) takes their picture both cat and dog where shocked. So cat and dog can go to the bathroom as they are, they just have a special Way to do it.

There's an episode where dog lifts his leg- HIS arm more precisely, and attempts to pee but Cat makes him stop and hold it in. It's assumed that they DO have some form of genitalia, based on various episodes. THere's one that takes place in an alternate future, where Dog marries Shriek, and they have puppies. Although this is a dream sequence of Cat, it's based on an idea that they CAN reproduce, so they've got some form genitals to do so. They also have a bathroom, complete with litter box for Cat.

So, the question is not IF they have the ability to use the bathroom or reproduce. The only question is what their genitals look like, and if they share one, or have thier own...
