Well I would like to get a couple scratches on it first, that picture was taken in Nashville TN, I used to live on the northeast side of Atlanta GA. But it does sound like fun to go off-roading, I ain't done that in a long time.

Landies are where it's at! BTW what is the purpose of the wee tinted perspex thing on the bonnet?

The tinted thing on the bonnet (hood) is a bug/rock/stone deflector, it keeps the windshield a little more protected. I love this Jeep, I bought it in 2003 with 122K miles on it and it now has 178K and still going strong. If I ever get the time and money I would love to set a 318 under the hood, that would be a awesome little Jeep.

Seems like a good idea. Jeeps have always struck me as being far more solid than any other American 4x4, though they lack the feel of a Landie. That said, a classic jeep would suit me fine.

I got them a few years back from an online place in Charlotte NC and the tires are 31's that came from that tire place online as well, saved a lot of money by going with them.
