Ok, little  hida somehow found himself at a party with delicious food, he clambered around the table trying to find something delicious all to himself, eventually happening upon an empty cookie platter. As he was licking up the crumbs, Swift ( renaayama) happened by and saw the bite sized draggy on the tray. Never one to pass up a delicacy such as dragon, swift quickly prepared the little draggy for the trip of a liftetime.... Good thing he's small, because swift's already imagining how he tastes.




Ooook! Now for my comments on this piece. This piece was primarily drawn as a gift for swift and hida, and is part of a set that I'm also star in as well as Dest... The point was to practice my facial expressions and aspects/perspectove - lining the face up and getting it to look pretty well and make it seem expressive, as well as add a prop that also seemed to be "in tune" with the focal point - swift's face.... And I would have to say I came reeaaaally close to nailing it.

It was also meant to act as a spacial alignment piece - where do I put stuff on the paper and do I use space effectively? I meant to have just the head and hida sandwich, but I failed on placement, hence the extremely crappy filler sketching for the body. The hands came out fairly well, I have to admit, and overall I'm pleased with how this looks. Is it amazing? Nah, not really, but it's getting there! :D I just hope swift, hida and everyone else likes it! Feel free to tell me whatcha think!

(And I love to hear critique, I just suck at implementing it.)
