OH HI LOOK I'M NOT DEAD!
I just hit an art block...and I have no scanner. And most of my doodles are on paper.
I RARELY DOODLE DIRECTLY ONTO MY COMPUTER!
But for this gal, I thought she needed a picture :D
This is Lydia. She's my potential secondary fursona. She's a panda-marked ferret (or my attempt at one, not fully realistic, but it's what she's supposed to roughly resemble). She's 19, Irish, and works at PetSmart as a Pet Care Associate. She wears contacts, since she hates her glasses, so because of this, she's known to wear (prescription) colored contacts frequently. Her eyes in this picture are her normal eyes.
Oh and she's also only 4'11" :D She's short!

sorry if i offended you, i just have a personal vendetta against petsmart after be fired for refusing to sell a sick rat before it received treatment
i really hadn't intended to diss your choice of profession, i do entirely understand with today's economy ya take what you can get

Nah, it's all good. It could have been that PetSmart. We're not allowed to sell any sick or injured animals. If an animal on the floor is looking sick, we pull it off the floor immediately and go to have it treated. We had someone who wanted to adopt a sick cat, and we had to refuse it.

that was the policy on the books for us too, it may have just been the manager was a heartless bitch.. i dunno, but while i was working there there was a change in policy where the head of animals care no longer got to order what animals we needed, but cooperate just decides and sends.. our overstock room was crammed so full and every cage so packed all the hamsters were killing each other for space and food... its was just.. awful... but again, it might have been the manager lying.. i really shouldn't have judged the whole chain just because of my bad experience, im actually really glad you made me stop and think about that...
Yeah, we have some overstock animals, but we don't order any if we don't have the room for them. The only things we have to keep ordering are fish, especially since about two weeks ago we had a system failure where over 80% of our tanks just died.
