
I figered if I'm going to say I'm part of a group its about time I post something
anyway...
2-3 tortillas (depends on what size you get)
3/4 pound precooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails removed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup salsa
1 slice peperjack cheese per tortilla
3/4 cup shredded chedder
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Place tortillas on baking sheet. Toast tortillas in the oven about 3 minutes. (don't skip this step or you'll end up with saggy tostadas. also when you bake a tortilla it puffs up. Just poke bubbles with a fork and they'll go down again.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, toss the shrimp, salsa, and garlic salt together. Salt and pepper to taste.
crumble pepper jacke over each tortilla and then equally divide the shrimp onto the tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake in oven for about 8 minutes.
serve with sour cream or by it's self. enjoy
