There was a nice cool breeze coming from the, and just a few clouds barely visible up in the still dark sky. It was close to morning but the sun had yet to come up.
"Folium, why did you drag me out of bed this early in the morning, on my birthday too, its not even light outside, and where are we going?" Izzy's drowsy voice could be heard behind me. I was holding onto her put to keep her up to pace as i know she would turn back to bed if i didn't
"Don't worry," I said, "It will all be worth your while, I promise."
We got up to a small hill that overwatched the ocean and sat down. After a short while the sun started to come up turning the sky to a red-orange.
I could hear Izzy gasp in surprise, "Wow, it's beautiful." She put an arm around me and laid her head on my shoulders.
Our tails overlapped as I spoke, "Everyday you make the sun rise for me. Today, I will make the sun rise for you."
