“No. I think that goes here. Like that?” asked Luck, her voice straining. “Ah! L-Lucky!” joined in Maneki’s voice. Sly was walking down the hall when he heard their voices coming from Maneki’s room. “Master’s going to be so surprised when he sees us like this.” said Maneki giggling. Sly put an ear to the door, his tail wagging slightly at thoughts of what was happening behind the door. “I agree. In fact. Why don’t you come on in Sly?” came Luck’s voice from the room next. Sly sighed at having been caught and opened the door slowly. His eyes grew wide as he beheld Maneki and Luck posing in their Halloween Costumes, getting ready for Penny’s party. “You two look absolutely stunning.” he said absently, his gaze travelling from Maneki in her angel costume, to Luck in her devil one. “Thank you Master.” giggled Maneki cutely. “We’re definitely going to turn some heads at the party.” said Luck. “That’s for sure. By the way, how did you know I was behind the door?” he asked curiously. “I told them. Your lustful presence was easy to detect. Having naughty thoughts are you?” came a male voice suddenly. Sly looked down to see the familiar canine form of Surge sitting off to the side. “So you made it as well eh Surge?” asked Sly smiling. “Yeah. I figured I might as well spend the evening with you guys since the spirit world gets a bit unruly during Halloween.” replied the Surger nonchalantly. “Why aren’t you dressed Master? Aren’t you going to the party?” asked Maneki curiously. “Of course I’m going. But I’m helping Penny with the upkeep. I’m using my abilities to make things super creepy and realistic. I’ll be there. But you probably won’t see me out in the open much. But don’t let that stop you. I want you both to have fun, even if I’m not there.” he explained with a smile. “Psh, like I would let that stop us from having fun. Come on ‘Neki.” replied Luck heading for the door. “Do you want to come Surge?” asked Maneki as they reached the living room. “Nah. I don’t do well in crowds. I’m just gonna hang here.” replied the spirit canine stretching out on the couch. “Alright. See you both later then.” she replied as she gave Sly a small kiss before leaving with Luck. "Come on 'Neki. There's a lot of fun to be had tonight." said Luck. Sly glanced over to Surge and they exchanged a quick smirk as Maneki and Luck opened the door. “Yes there is a lot of fun to be had tonight indeed.” both males thought together as the door closed behind the girls. All of a sudden the house began to change and warp, the pages of Sly’s notebook glowing as his abilities went to work.
