Everyone knows about the dreaded pirate Edward Teach (or better known as Blackbeard) the ruthless and cold hearted cutthroat.

On 22 November 1718. During a ferocious battle, Teach was beheaded by Lieutenant Robert Maynard.
Blackbeard head was taken back to Virginia and placed on a stake near the mouth of the Hampton River as a warning to other pirates.

But what you may not know is that three years before that event, Teach used dark magic to put a spell on himself that would bring him back from death.
And so, one year after his death.
Blackbeard's headless skeleton came back to life and retrieved his skull from that stake.
The spell was then complete, Blackbeard's ship the Queen Anne's Revenge was resurrected in a ghastly new form and Blackbeard himself was revived in a horrible decayed form, stuck in a state neither living nor dead.

The spell also gave him the power to resurrect and control the dead.
Teach now sails the seas with his undead crew, causing chaos and searching for a way to completely revive himself.

So basically, Blackbeard is the main antagonist of my made up story line "Pirate Tails".
