I remember when Athus showed me this drawing in his sketch book. The detail on the line inking astounded me, I had no idea how he was able to get that much detail into an 8x11 inch pad.

I wondered who had submitted this in the email, the one who coloured it. Now I can put a name to it. Thank you for sending it in, when we did our reminiscing people were touched, and surprised, to see that even so far back Athus had created such a beautiful a piece that few had ever seen.

Where did you go d.i.t.a? i fell down a long rabbit hole to get here, discovering a memorium piece for Athus led to me to his old website and discovered his tutorials, then finding out he learned from you and then. . .coming across this empty nest, a well worn and loved art den filled with pieces from years past when furries and scalies were still trying to find their place in the world, i came hoping to learn from the very person who taught Athus before his passing and to learn that his and your artform has disappared from the world with no trace is soul tearing, i have no idea if you will every see this but if you do, please come back, your art was a wonder to my world and i wanted to learn from you but if your gone for good. . .ill hold your memory and the sea dragons memory to my heart and just bask in what you've both created, spreading it and showing people who want to see your beautiful art
