This is Johnny Ratts. as you can see, he looks like the kind of badass punk type. he doesn't really give a shit about what people think of him. but he does care about his friends.
He seems shady, and he has quite a sailor's vocabulary, but he doesn't go out of his way to be mean or mess with people.
He is in the same inner circle of friends are Peggy and Namir, he just doesn't like to go out to clubs with them.
