I went for a lovely stroll to enjoy the budding autumn colors
[but not so autumnly weather... was quite warm] today.
The area I wandered through was an old pen we kept for
at least a dozen sheep.
They're all gone now, the fence in the process of being torn down.
What remains of our ewes and rams we put to rest in two rock, tree, and shrubbery
filled areas in the far end of the pen near the forest that is also part of the property.
Expecting and admiring the colors and greenery around that area,
I noticed the grave sites were over grown with much fuller trees and shrubbery.
Jaggers enclosed the area like a makeshift fence, and it left an air of wonder about it...
