Yeah, the telephone poles connecting their respective states of residence are a bit archaic, but how the hell can you graphically portray instant messaging conversation nowadays? Maybe a pair of satellite dishes sending signals to a computer server tower? Eh, I like telephone poles better. I'm old school like that. :P
