I took a little liberty with the outfit, but I tried to average between the refs :P
The hand was one of the easiest parts. It's just an Add layer over everything else in OC. The background isn't white, so it worked. Otherwise, I don't know what I would've done. Could be done in another program as a normal layer on top I suppose o.o
