Ooooh, are you making a game?

I am making 3D models, though I use 3DS Max and ZBrush.

Currently, I am in production with a game for the Apple App Store :3

I haven't tried 3DS Max yet... I will though... I am more used to using Inventor Pro 2010 than anything else :P

I'm supposed to be with a team making a game, but I'm still waiting on concepts.

This is just a series of pictures I want to start in which I make complex 3D environments, instead of the single basic objects I usually make.

Much more design in that than in my level design... I am lazy with this program... If I use Autodesk Inventor for my level modeling... there would be NO end to the detail!!

Inventor is good for level modeling?
I thought it was about inventing stuff for mechanical things?

I am pretty experienced with it considering I took a year class learning it, so it is obviously my best choice to use because I actually know how to use it... everything I design always has an uber amount of detail :D

Though I wish it had some tools like Blender has, some stuff that shaves away from a model... slowly making it smooth and maybe a broken ancient pillar look, if you can imagine that using my brief description, lol

I think 3D Studio Max is great for level design though, mostly ZBRush with its new features to make level design a lot better.

Its awesome and an industry standard :3

Look it up, its basically digital sculpting software, very useful for game artists and creative enthusiasts :P

Try Sculptris. It's free, and considered an alternative to Zbrush. In fact, the company that made Zbrush thought it was so good, they bought the rights to the program and hired the guy who made it. But yeah, Sculptris.

Nah, I got Zbrush now, lol... It is kinda weird interface though

Usually the interface for programs like that are to maximize efficiency, but I haven't used it yet.

Well, I know that's the reason given to Blender. But you're seen the interface to that...
Ugh. I gotta set aside a week or something so I can learn that program.

Try Pixologic's website, they have tons of videos :3

Not only that but try searching ZBrush on youtube, there's more than Russian videos XD
