I haven't had an issue with it and I've had a couple reviewers that haven't either, but there's no guarantee. There will probably be some residual glitter left on whatever you place it on between uses, though. I think it tends not to show up on bodies much because people tend to rinse rapidly in the bath, etc. Actually in all cases (you, surfaces) it should just rinse off in water.
