It's because it's a much harder metal than aluminum, it's also super springy and takes more 'power' to get the rings to stay into place, it took a while to get all of these to line up right. Also because of how hard this metal is it's machine cut which means the edges aren't flat and clean like I usually work with, so when the ring is not closed correctly it can catch on things http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c.....k/IMG_0866.jpg is 1/4" rings, you can see the 'bad' closures. The 5/16" rings here are a little easier to do and I might make one or two over time, but we'll see.

I do love the colors of anodized titanium but when the pieces are finished they just don't usually mesh up to my standard for pieces to go for sale :\ These http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6194514/ are the only one's that have (even larger rings at 3/8") and are fun to wear (and still for sale)

So how about a commission for the largest possible thing you can do made out of these? 8D /shot
